Hidea Shines at 2025 Cannes Boat Festival: Debuts 150-200HP Series, Secures European Partnerships & Strengthens Core Outboard Lineup

La Rochelle, France -23-28th, Sep – Hidea, a leading Chinese outboard engine manufacturer and national "Little Giant" enterprise, delivered a standout performance at the 2025 La Rochelle Boat Show. As one of France's premier marine events focused on recreational boating and regional market connections, serving as Hidea's key platform to deepen engagement in France and expand reach across Western Europe.

At the show, Hidea highlighted its tailored product strategy for European markets: it continued to prioritize the promotion of its core 2.5-130HP four-stroke outboard range, which holds EU CE certification. Renowned for its exceptional fuel efficiency and reliable performance, this series has become a go-to choice for small recreational boats, fishing vessels, and small commercial craft in coastal regions of France (such as Brittany and Aquitaine) and neighboring countries, further cementing Hidea's local market presence. Meanwhile, Hidea officially showcased its newly launched 150-200HP four-stroke outboard series—with, an intelligent digital speed management system, and a high-performance heat dissipation module. With a maximum power output of 200HP, these new models are perfectly suited for mid-to-large recreational yachts and coastal workboats, effectively filling the gap in Hidea's high-horsepower product lineup for Western European demands.

Beyond product visibility, Hidea secured four key partnership intents with local stakeholders—including a French boat builder based in La Rochelle, an Atlantic coastal marine equipment distributor, and two regional dealers specializing in recreational boating. The show not only reinforced Hidea's reputation as a trusted provider of certified, efficient outboard solutions but also laid a solid foundation for its long-term growth in Western Europe. Looking ahead, Hidea will leverage insights from the show to accelerate local certification processes (adapted to France's specific marine regulations) and refine its full 2.5-200HP product matrix, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of French and Western European boaters.
